The Librarian’s role:
• contact, enthuse and liaise with all partners
• identify possible themes and authors to contact
• coordinate training, meetings and activities
• coordinate budgeting and the gathering of resources
• provide information about the authors and their books
• provide booklists to inspire children and support teachers with the development of their pupils’ further reading
• coordinate the recording, evaluation and publicity of the project.
