These are the main stages involved in running a YCC project:
- Planning and preparation: Allow plenty of time to bring all partners together to agree aims and the themes for achieving them
- Deciding on activities: Using the input and ideas of all partners, decide the activities for each element of the project
- Building in evaluation: At the same time as you decide your activities, plan how you will measure their impact and your success in achieving your aims
- Doing it: Keep your aims in mind and stay in touch with your partners as you enjoy the results of your planning
- Celebration: Provide a showcase for the young people's work and spread the word about the success of the project
- Review and what next: Take a look at the data you have collected and discuss what worked and what you would do differently next time
